We hire a small team of approximately 15 summer staff each year to help facilitate the summer camp season which hosts a variety of youth camps, family camps, and adult retreats. Every event is unique and will have from 50-250 people in attendance. Summer staff learn a variety of skills that train them to be camp professionals. Activity staff are trained to lead our adventure activities which include hiking, high and low ropes courses, zip line, rappelling, paintball, archery, archery tag, bubble ball soccer, disc golf, and various group games. Kitchen staff are trained in the preparation and execution of large group meal service. Maintenance staff are trained in basic cabin, grounds, and equipment maintenance. All our staff are trained to clean, run the camp stores, and assist in various other areas around camp. We also love to hire staff that bring additional gifts to the team such as music, counseling youth, and video/photography. We tackle each summer with a team approach, tasks will vary from day to day. We approach life together with a holistic perspective that includes regular time off, team devotions, and fun activities apart from our work.

Open positions include activities staff, leaders for our volunteer program, assistant cooks, head cook, assistant maintenance, and video/photo/audio tech. Summer staff training begins on site May 23rd and the summer camp season ends on August 8th. Pay for first year staff starts at $300/week, plus room and board, and increases based on experience and position.
