Here is the information for the summer 2020 lodging options.

Public Health Order: We want everyone to be aware of the governor’s Covid-19 order:  to offer these lodging options at all, we have to limit bookings to same households only.  So if guests do not currently live under the same roof, they cannot lodge together in the same cabin, tent, or RV.  We are sad about this restriction, but happy to be able to open at all. If you are traveling here from out of state, there are further restrictions.

Family Cabins: Cost is $95/night for either cabin.  Each cabin sleeps 6.  Henderson has 2 private bedrooms and 1 side room.  1 bedroom has a queen, the other has a full, the side room has twin size bunk beds.  McBride has 2 private bedrooms (1 full bed each) and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. Wifi is available in the cabins as the only available communication service, there is no cell or land line phone access at camp. Virtual tours of the McBride and Henderson cabins are available on our website.

RV/Tent Camping: We are offering 2 tent camping spots on the ball field with access to a private restroom/shower for each tent site.  Also 2 RV spots on the upper parking lot with 30 amp electrical and water hookup (but no access to EPCC showers/restrooms).  Tent and RV camping is $15/person/night. Wifi is available at each site and is the only available communication service, there is no cell or land line phone access at camp.

Pastors: We remain invested in the spiritual, emotional, and physical refreshment of pastors!  We are also unapologetic about our current need for revenue. For pastors only, we are offering free lodging, however we will not confirm free bookings until 10 days out. If a paying guest wants to book, we will prioritize paying guests first until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of booking. Tentative bookings will not be confirmed without payment. In the event of cancellation or no show, all payments will be considered a donation. No refunds.

Activities: Guests have access to the disc golf course, basketball/volleyball courts, playground, and other outdoor areas. There is no access to the recreation ball shed or carpet balls. Camp staff will daily sanitize disc golf discs, the playground, and the provided recreation field equipment which may include horseshoes, basketballs/volleyballs/soccer balls, and other items. No guided activities or food service is offered. Hiking on the trails and fishing is encouraged, bring your own equipment. The pond is full and flowing, but we did not stock it this year.
